## How it works

1. Become a Lucis member (Day 1): €199 a year, Baseline panel included. Book a visit at a lab partner near you.
2. Visit the lab (Week 1): One quick visit: a blood draw and a urine sample, and you're done.
3. Get your action plan (Within 7 days): See your full health picture. Get a doctor-reviewed action plan. Act on it every day, with your AI coach.
4. Track progress (When you're ready): Retest to see what changed and shape what comes next.
