Lucis is the health membership that knows you, and shows up every day. At the centre of it is Lumi, our AI health coach.

Your Lucis blood test measures 80+ biomarkers and tells you where you stand. But most of your health happens between appointments: what you eat this week, how you train and recover, the question that comes up on a Tuesday night. Lumi is there for all of it, starting from everything Lucis already knows about you.

Not a chatbot. Your health partner.

Most health apps add a chatbot on the side. You type your question, explain your situation from scratch, and get an answer written for the average person.

Lumi works the other way round:

• It gets to know you from day one. It starts with a health intake, but not another long form: it's a conversation about your health, your history and your goals, with follow-up questions on what you actually said.

• It already has your context. Your results, your action plan, your lab visit, your orders and every conversation you've had, in one place. Nothing to upload, nothing to re-explain.

• It builds your plan with you, then helps you follow it. From nutrition and meal plans to training and recovery, Lumi turns your results into practical next steps.

• It picks up where you left off. Mention something and run out of time? Lumi keeps it and comes back to it next time. The more you use it, the better it knows you.

Lumi answers from two places: your own data, and medical knowledge built and vetted with Lucis clinicians. Not whatever a general AI model happens to surface.

Our clinicians helped build it and review its medical answers in testing. Real conversations are monitored, and flagged issues are reviewed every day.

Where it stops

Lumi is clearly an AI, not a person or a doctor, and it knows its limits:

• It doesn't diagnose.

• It doesn't prescribe, or tell you to start or stop a medication.

• When something is worth raising with your doctor, it says so, and helps you work out what to ask.

Lucis works alongside your doctor and doesn't diagnose. Lumi's job is to help you make the most of the time you get with them.
