It starts with your Baseline panel: 80+ markers from one lab visit. Within 7 days, your results show what's working, what needs attention and what to focus on first. Your AI coach then helps you act on it through your lifestyle, diet and supplements, and adjusts your plan as you go. Whenever you're ready, you can add a follow-up panel to see what's changed.

No doctor’s note needed: check in at the desk with the app open. Come fasting; it takes about 15 minutes. Your results arrive in the app within 7 days.

If anything in your results needs attention, we'll notify you. We'll recommend seeing your doctor and make it easy for you to share your results with them. Lucis does not replace medical advice, so your doctor is the right person to take the next steps with you.

Your data is stored in France with a provider certified to host health data (HDS, the French government's standard for health information). We never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Yes. You can tailor your testing when you join or at any time later in the app. Upgrade to a larger panel covering more than 110 markers, or add specific tests for things like your gut microbiome or environmental exposure.

Yes. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date, with no fees. Your membership stays active until the end of the year you've already paid for, so you keep full access until then.

Lucis is designed for voluntary proactive prevention with a large panel of biomarkers, so it isn't currently covered by the French national health system (Assurance Maladie). Some complementary health insurers (mutuelles) do contribute towards the cost, and you'll find your invoice in the app, ready to send to them.
