Founded by Baptiste and Max, Lucis is building the health platform they wished existed: one that helps people anticipate problems before they begin.
AI is part of how we work, not a slogan. We use agents to shorten feedback loops and remove low-value work, while keeping human judgement where the stakes are high.

Our founding team comes from Alan, Algolia, Instacart, Spacefill and Padoa - builders who have taken products from zero to millions of users.

We're open to relocation support for the right people, and we welcome team members who travel to work with us in Paris on a regular basis.
