Buy your Lucis Care subscriptions at 490€. For each, receive 1 Lucis Discovery for free (value 190€).

Each plan includes a unique activation code. Expires after 12 months. If the recipient already has a Lucis account, their subscription will be extended by one year.

Within 5 minutes after purchase, you receive by email: Activation codes, sharing instructions, your invoice.

Download your gift cards (PDF) from the confirmation email. Three options: Print, share a link, or share the unique activation code.

Each recipient activates their plan and books their checkup

Recipients must create an account and use their unique activation codes at the payment step (automatic if they use the link). The recipient's bank details will be charged for the annual renewal of their subscription (cancellable at any time). The gift card buyer will not be charged for renewal. Recipients receive reminders 30 and 7 days before billing.

How do I gift one or more Lucis memberships?

It's simple and flexible: • **Receive your activation codes:** Once your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive two Lucis gift codes via email (one for each plan). • **Print or send the gift card:** Download and print a personalised gift card to pop under the tree, or send it directly via email or text to the recipient. Perfect for last-minute gifting! • **Self-service activation:** Each person uses their code to create their Lucis account, book their blood test, and start their health journey. Activation codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient complete flexibility to start whenever suits them.

How does membership renewal work?

The gift card purchaser will not be charged upon membership renewal. When creating their account, the recipient's payment details will be stored for the annual renewal of their membership (cancellable at any time). Recipients receive reminders 30 and 7 days before the charge. They can cancel their membership at any time from their account.

Who can become a Lucis member?

Lucis is for anyone aged 18 and over. Understanding your body's trends empowers you to make informed decisions about your future. Please note that Lucis is not a medical platform and does not replace medical diagnosis or prescriptions.

How does a Lucis membership work?

Once you're a Lucis member, you'll receive instructions to schedule your first blood draw within 24 hours. We then send a home collection kit to use on the morning of your test. You'll receive regular updates in your private dashboard with all necessary instructions at each stage. You'll be notified when lab processing is complete. Results will be available within 5 weeks of your lab test.

Can I gift a Lucis test to someone who doesn't live in France?

Currently, this offer is only available through our partner laboratories in France. The recipient must complete their testing in France.

Is my health data secure and reliable?

Yes. Throughout the process, we ensure analytical quality with certified partner laboratories, including the Eurofins network. Lucis coordinates standardised workflows with clear guidelines for labelling, refrigeration, and transport to protect sample integrity. Data is encrypted, HDS-certified, and GDPR-compliant. Health data is strictly confidential and shared only with you and Lucis' medical team with your explicit consent.
